I am having issues with the start/stop button, it has a mind of it's own and will only work once in a while. Need some advise on how to fix this problem, and how complicated it will be.

super easy... you need a new start/stop "switch" it will come wit a new pig tail, just undo the barsurround's, take the old switch outta the housing unhook the clip in front compertment... pull out, install new one in reverse... super easy takes bout 30 minutes. your problems will probably go away... that's exactly what mine was doing!!!
