97 gtx wont start please help

Hi i am new to pwc and have a bit of trouble with my ski, i have a 1997 gtx with the 787 engine i have had ski for 2 months and only been on her for 1/2 hour what happens is as follows:i put lanyard on 2 beeps, i get spark, 150 on both cly, strong turning from new oem starter, but wont fire when i take plugs out they are wet ?????

things i have done went to local lake with ski and changed a few things from a working 787 engine and ski, as follows coil, stator,rectifer,battery,solinoid

changed all this and still 2 beeps but no start if i put fuel down carbs it pops any ideas would be greatfull as i am running out of ideas this this ski sorry for got to say black fuel lines and if i empty pot under sterring it fills up again after a few presses of start button

also in grey box at front of ski i have a black box with 2 fuses in bolted to side of it and a rectifier is this all i should have in there ?

Have you switched to pre-mix?

What you are describing sounds like a rotary valve that has stopped turning.

hi still havin trouble with ski is it poss that the recitifer i brought could also be bad as it was from ebay a used one is there any way of bypassing this to see??? any help would be greatfull thanks as wife now getting mad as i am spending more than ski is spending thanks mark:cheers:

hi update on the gtx am going to check rotary valve tommorow if it turns by turning pto any other ideas???? please will keep updating thanks:bigear:
