97 Gtx Water Regulator Valve ?

I tore down my water regulator valve a month ago and moved since then and just finally am getting back to putting it back together. I didnt find any good pictures in the manual showing its assemble pictures and It seems like I have an extra washer?

Can someone tell me if this is the correct install order and/or where this extra washer goes?

I had to order a new bellow because the old clip was rusted and poked holes in it. I have a new bellow & clip now.

Some of them do come with washer's like that under the spring. My 97 Gtx came stock with 2



96 XP800!
