I am looking to buy a pair of these machines that were stored in a heated garage for 10 years and have around 40 hrs on each. One runs perfectly, the other one will not start. The owner says he believes it is seized bearings in the impeller. I am looking for some advice on what an average repar cost for seized bearings would be and sort of a worst case estimate if it is something more? I am not very technical and want to tailor my offer based on teh worst case for the second machine..it is perfect csocmetic physical shape (like brand new) as is the haul.
