Just finished rebuild of carb. and replacement of all grey fuel lines and filters. Did the repair fix for fuel guage F1 fuse removal...worked great. Did a test start on trailer and it is idling very high so I shut down by hitting stop/kill button. Was very cautious with all linkage not to change the set screws. Any ideas ?

Is it possible the previous owner had idles set to work with a very dirty/clogged fuel delivery system and now I need to re-adjust settings? Thanks!

Adjust the idle to 3000 RPM on the trailer. It should give you an idle of about 1500 in the water. The LSA and the HSA shouldnt be used to make idle adjustments. Set the idle to what I mentioned, take it to the lake. Run it for 15 minutes. Give it full throttle and kill it. Pull your plugs and read them. Thats when you mess with the LSA and the HSA.:patriot:
