Glad you got it fixed.
FYI,
When you hook the water hose up the water runs backwards through the cooling system, (flushing) so you should get a steady stream from the pee hole. When you are in the water at idle speed it will only dribble out the pee hole. At WOT it will shoot a steady stream.

Ya we need to make something but not s real big deal since we were close to faucet but it was kinda dark.when we did it the other day. Click video link n u will.see the stream.we get on water hose.

The little water inlets in the pump housing can get plugged up with crap in them, a mirror and some lighting you should be able to inspect them, may need to take the nozzle off..

IF you want to run water the other way through the engine rip the line off coming through the back of the hull that is the water IN from the pump.
