recently bought a 97 seadoo gsx, put it in the water for the first time today, runs fine sometimes, other times it acts like it has no power at all, i had it at WOT and it was barely moving, recently put a battery in it, new plugs, fresh gas, took it to a dealer they went through the carbs, put a rotary valve in, new stator plug, new fuel filter. Can anyone please help me out with this
