Guys big mistake..... I have rebuilt carbs, new gas lines, selector sw. But never checked compression, so today I bought a harbor freight tester and only have 90# on both cylinders. What do I have in store for me now? This was a almost freebie ski so no real lose.. Whats next?
Do I have to pull motor

Think it's a 787 maybe. So tester sucks good to hear. I plan on testing the gauge tomorrow

Update!!! Harbor Freight tester is crap.. I have 150#'s on both pistons. Its hard to get started but once is does it will start easy. Time to look for gas train air leaks and hit the water.

Harbor freight tester comes without schrader valve in the hose. This causes the low pressure readings, especially on small displacement engines. I bought a used snap on hose with a schrader valve and attached it to the harbor freight unit and now it reads fine
