When i'm sitting in the water I hear water trickling sound in exhaust area hear water ,Like water coming in to waterbox not sure but is this normal?????
Sounds like a runny toilet.
???????

Well the reason I'm askin , I just blew my 787 and not sure how , took off heads to find pitted piston dome and looks like detonation issues or lean condition. Got a bad brass ring gasket on the exhaust pipe leading to the water box (the one with the collar clamp) , mine has like 2 water boxes , not sure how yours is setup.
But when it ran ,I'd start it up and alot of water would expell out of the exhaust pipe at the stern , I know there is a certain amount of water in the waterbox but not sure whats too much and if it is running back down and maybe got up to the cylinders.

Stiff petcock LOLOL no no not a pet -Keep it clean

Ok ok sounds dirty but my intentions are good here , Now I got your attention,,,,,Does anybodys fuel valve get hard to turn , kinda stiff , is this a precurser to failure , could it cause a lean condition if it has failed , blew my motor recently and trying to diagnose what the cause may have been before I put the new SBT in?
