just got carbs back from rebuild boat runs great.. but i had the fnr and throttle out..the boat goes in forward fine and neutral fine but wont back up..the boat goes into rev. the gate is connected and moves when its put into rev and has enough to stop the boat from full throttle, just not back it up.??????? also when i move the ski speed lever to speed it throws a huge rooster and slows down to like 30 at full throttle.. none of the adjustments were touched... any ideas???
