96 XP will not start! plz help

ok i bought this xp and im trying to get it running, the motor turns over when i jump the solinoid , but it will not turn over when i push the start button. it use to do the "Beep, beep" and now it does not , i have purchased all new electronics , and harness from another xp and swaped everything over and still the same thing, ive checked the ground wire and all , what could be my problem ?

if anyone has a wiring diagram it would be greatly appreciated !
