I have a 96 XP that has probably 150 hours at most...I ride it probably 12 hours a year and it sits inside when stored. Last 4th of July I charged the battery and it fired right up like it always does. I took it to the lake, idled through the no wake zone and as soon as I hit the throttle it fell on it's face.I kept running in at idle for approx 5 hours and it idled great but kept falling on it's face when giving it more gas... I am figuring maybe a fuel pump or a filter...Always new gas...Any suggestions as to what my problem may be ?

You think it is just the carbs and the fuel lines ?...I will try there I suppose..Thanks I was ready to buy a new fuel pump...

dont need to do that...first make sure compression is good, other than that, your pump is working/pulse line clear, or else your carb/s wouldnt have gas....
