Does anybody know what voltage the battery should be charging at while at idle or riding? Last year I kept losing power while riding and found new battery kept losing voltage, I inspect and found couple tears in the insulation on wiring to stator, had corrosion built up around wiring, cut and repaired wiring, inspect votage at idle today, it was right at 13.1V , there was no added voltage while giving it gas, is this normal and witin specs?
