96 Sea-Doo FYI won’t crank

Just had another problem. Ski got flipped and we pulled it out but won’t crank now. Battery is good no water got in spark plug holes. It cranked at first but now it clicks and tries to crank but won’t move. Is this motor done possibly?

Pull the plugs and try t turn over by hand.

I can only turn it maybe a quarter turn. Then it’s like it hits something that won’t let me turn more. I can see the pistons both move that little bit.

Your next step is to pull the pump as you have something mechanical broken and the pumps are known to seize bearings. IF the pump is fine then pull the head and look for damage, if none pull the starter as it can lock up and finally if that is fine you will have to pull the rotary cover and valve then from there is is splitting the cases and checking the crank.
