96 gtx surging @ wide open throttle and getting 12v low message upon start up

ski runs good in the mid range but wide open surges between 5000 & 6000 rpm.
recently charged battery still get a 12v low in message center on start up.
weak coming out of the hole. ???????????

would these be all linked together ?????
