96 GTX - Reverser Adjustment

My Reverse handle hangs up when I pull it up. Looks like the hook is in good shape, but as the cable pushes it out of the way, its also dropping the reverser bucket, which causes it to catch. Is this an adjustment or is there some part that commonly wears out that I should look at?

Anybody got an idea?
