96 GTX RAVE Setting

I have read many of the posting regarding the RAVE valve setting but none have said exactly where the red screw in the top should be for my 96 GTX, flush with the top or all the way down? This doesn’t seam to be indicated in any of the manuals that I have read either. Any advice would be appreciated.

depends on the ski and what condition engin is in and what performance parts are in it. flush with cap is good general setting
