I picked up a 96 GTX. It has a fully charged AGM battery, new starter, new solenoid and cleaned ground cables. All ground cables zero out. There is NO power getting to the CPU. It has power coming in one side of the solenoid. I tested the DSS and it is good. Any easy way to test the CPU (I guess it's an mpem)? It will so in over of you cross the solenoid. Any ideas?
