96 GTX LCD guage trouble.

All features of the gauge function properly with the exception of the clock. The clock starts over at 12:00 every time I start the ski. Not a very big deal really , but if someone has had this issue before I like to know how to fix it.

PS: The analog tach does work, but this should be irrelevant.

I have a new battery, less than 3 hours. Perhaps rectifier issues, I've been reading that they can cause all sorts of strange electrical malfunctions. I'll check the voltage at 5000 rpm tonite to see. I know it was at 12.4 when turned off, and 12.9 when idling.

Found the problem, two wires had been switched in Grey box by previous owner.
