96 challenger fouling spark plugs

hello,does anyone know why my boat always fouls the plugs just after about 20-30 minutes of run time ,this problem started just after i switched to brd full synthetic.or could it be running rich??what would cause this all the sudden??

Did you drain all the old oil out of the system before you put the new oil in? You shouldn't mix different types of oil in your seadoo. This might be casuing your issues, or your oil pump is stuck open and giving the engine to much oil.
 
yes,i completely drained and pumped out all the old oil from the resavoir and the oil lines,and bled out the oil pump with the new oil,it only runs good for a little while then the rpms drop down to 5000 or less
 
Are you running new NGK BR8ES spark plugs Gaped to .021-.024" What is the compression of the cylinders? Ideally they should be 150 PSI.

new problem,rave valve stuck on 96 challenger

now one of my rave valves is stuck,the right side valve will not move up and down like the left side,anyone have any thoughts on this,any help will be greatly appreciated.
