951 XP fuel issue at speed

I have a 1998 951 XP and having the following issue. Starts and idles good, when accelerating it starts to bog down like it's struggling to get fuel, pumping the throttle during acceleration sometime got past this and it would take off and run out. It has had this issue when I bought it a few years ago. Compression test showed about 15 PSI difference (I think 135 and 120 psi) when I bought it. Ran it this way last year. Started up this year and same acceleration issue. Just ordered new fuel filter to try. Since it idles fine but struggles at speed could this be carb cleaning issue, carb adjustment issue, fuel pump issue, other ideas? Would the difference in compression between cylinders be a factor? Thanks for any info!

I'm assuming you are experiencing this in the water, does it bog down when out of the water? if you haven't rebuilt the carb(s) in a few years, it might be time. You could check and see what your settings are for the low and high speed adjusters, verify they are at factory.
My table says this should be the settings: LOW‐ 1‐1/4 HIGH‐ (MAG‐0 PTO‐1/4)

When is the last time you changed spark plugs?
Do you have the old gray fuel lines?

It does bog down in the water, out of water revs up and idles good. I haven’t cleaned carbs or changed plugs in a few years so probably good spot to start. The setting you mentioned are turns on the adjuster screws? Ski has old gray lines. Sounds like you can remove oil tank and pull carbs out the front and not remove the exhaust pipe? Where is the best place to get a service manual for this one? Thanks!

Do you know the reason? Is it due to the flow rate of the refrigerant? Is there a solution.

today I know that using a 951 with a suspect carburetor is absolute madness. Better to spend a moment rebuilding the carburetor than the time and $ to rebuild the engine.

Absolutely do the carbs, replace the gray fuel lines, clean the fuel strainer and replace the On/Off fuel valve.

Google seadoo service manual.

Yes carbs can sometimes be taken out from under the pipe on a XP.
