I havent seen a close up to compare the 951 with the 787. Is it possible to transplant twin 951s into a challenger 1800?
I understand the mpem and wiring would have to be upgraded but are the motor mounts the same?
The impellor would also need to be replaced too im sure.
Its does seem like a bit of work but a Seadoo Challenger with twin 951s.... Nice right??????
Ive just spent the past 3 seasons fiddling with the 787s. I redid all interior seats, new stereo and speakers, new paint with graphics. The boat looks sharp but those 787s are tricky to keep running.

Also has anyone used FULLBOREONLINE??
I'm thinking of getting their top end kit with rebored cylinders.

Anything can be done... but it's not a "Bolt on" project

Also... I'm not a fan of the 951 engine. The 800 is only a few HP less, and is WAY more reliable.

I'm not sure what's up with your engines... but there should be any tricks to keep them going. I have a 96xp with the factory engine, and it fires up every time I hit the go button.

As far as Fullbore... I've never used them, but there are a few people here who recommend them.

I did find a post about Full Bore. Some good things were said soi decided to use them.
as far as the 951 goes i didnt realize that the 951 was not as reliable as the787. thanks for the input on that.
Ive been fiddling with mostly the port side motor. found out last seaon that the upper case was cracked and not providing enuff crank pressure. After a new bottom end i realized that the carbs weren't operating correctly. the 90degree brass fuel inlet elbows from the accelerator pump to the carbs are clogged and broken. i cant find anyone who sells these fittings.
im really hopin to get all the bugs out this season so that i can have a better time out on the lake.
