951 flywheel teeth

Is this "normal" wear? I have looked online and they all have this type of wear on them. I am not looking to be cheap. If it needs replacing, I will replace it.

Did it ever give you issues starting? If not then you could run it, if you're skeptical just see how much a clean one is on eBay.

I bought it as a basket case so I dont know. I looked in eBay and many of them look the same, so I didnt know it this is kind of normal or junk is being sold on eBay! Thank you!
 
Don't know about the 951, but 717 teeth are bevelled one direction, to help the starter gear engage. I'd dress any burrs and go with it.
