951 carbs

So long story short my 2000 gtx951 was bogging/hesating slight around 5600 rpm when under full throttle but that was just for a split second. I decided to take the carbs apart and clean them and noticed it did not have original minuki parts installed. So i ordered a rebuild kit from osd parts and I also ordered pro k filters along with 167.5 Highs and 82.5 lows. Now my issues is dramatically worse. It starts and idles fine but I cant even ride it. It has no power at all. If I keep hitting the throttle and letting off it will go decently I suppose that's because the accelerator pump is pumping fuel into the carbs. Pop off is at 20 psi new fuel line new fuel bypassed fuel selector. What could I be missing or have done wrong?

Well, if it was running lean, adding the aftermarket flame arrestors will make it much worse.

Honestly there is no reason to get rid of the stock airbox on a stock engine as it increases the vacuum signal the carbs need and protects the 951 from water ingestion. There is no performance gain to be had on a stock engine.

I suggest going through the carbs again using the stock jetting and air box.
