951 carb question

Should the part be hard to blow through? The rest are really easy but this one has a smaller hole but still seems pretty hard to get air through. It's in the fuel pump side

Return nipple pto carb. Has a hose that goes to a tee on the mag carb then to tank. Yes it has a restriction.

Should I be able to blow air into the these lines coming from acceltator pump. When on the ski they seemed to be working but I cant get any air through them

Both of those should flow carb cleaner through them. It will not be a ton because they are metered orifices but they should still spray out cleaner.

Okay, they did flow carb cleaner through them. They are back on the ski. Hoping to test soon.
