I've followed that black hose straight to that little white piece just to the upper left of the jet. but when i turn the ski on i dont feel any suction
just try this before lake test:
In the last pic you posted about the random bilge pump: you see that little clear hose that runs over the bilge pump black hose and goes to the back where the exhaust comes out? make sure that hose is not clogged.
also check the black hose that goes out the back of the hull next to the steering cable. it connects to the exhaust pipe on the other end....
and finally make sure the intake hose that goes to the white thing is clean. if all those hoses are clear and it still overheats you might have something inside the water jackets clogged but lets hope not...

random bilge pump in the back dont know if it works. green hose is for the garden hose and black hose goes to the back where the jet is. its the little white hole next to the jet in the other picture.

You are not going to. Its where water flows out when you are on the hose. Follow small hose #2
The Suctions happens at the bottom of your ski.
Look underneath it you'll see a grate. That draws water in and goes out the piece not in bold after part#11 which is the pump at the back.

Thats the hose that draws water to cool the engine and need to be clear.

The garden hose disconnects and connects to the black hose which is the long part number #2 going to the pump. The one running next to muffler.
Was that shut off valve on when you where riding? PO could of installed to shut the water off when you get towed in so not to hydro lock engine.
Make sure the hose going to pump is clear then try blowing air through fitting of cylinder head.
