Well i finished rebuilding another 95 xp and this one has me stumped, the engine is totally new, new crank, new pistons etc, when I start it I have to give it throttle to start and if I dont give it a little throttle it won't go to 3000 rpm(out of water) but will drop to exactly 1500 and will stay there for a couple of seconds then slowly start rising to 3000 or if i gove it some help with throttle it will get there then stay. This is just really weird to me, any input?
