95 XP Bogs Down

95 XP with a 720 engine. I replaced the gray fuel lines and cleaned the selector switch, and everything ran great. I did not rebuild the carbs, but I did pull the cover off to access the filters and cleaned them. They weren't terribly gummed up, but definitely had junk in them.

First time out today, it ran fine at idle and at low speed, but bogs down when I hit the throttle. It smells like it's running rich. Should I attempt to adjust the high speed screws, or is this not recommended because the carbs weren't rebuilt?

I was going to rebuild the carbs, but one of the allen bolts holding the rear carb is stripped out, so that's not an option without some major work.

I appreciate any suggestions.

Rave valve

I had a 97 GTX and the rave vales caused mine to bog down. I don't know if you even have them but I did carb kits and fuel lines first but cleaning the rave valve is what did it.
