95 SPX runs good for 10 minutes then barely runs/dies

Compression gauges, all of them, (even snapon), are not exact, usually it's the 10 % rule, that the compression between cylinders is 10% of each other. therefore a weak cylinder does not appear to be an issue.
 
Almost seems to appear to be a fuel flow problem at this stage, is your fuel filter/water separator full if you remove it?

It's now working! It runs great! I re wired all the grounds, and the reason I think I thought it wasn't working is that it was fouled up really bad after i changed the ignition coil. So I dryed the spark plugs, and it fired right up. Damn this thing is fun! So the issue was either the ignition coil or bad ground. Thank you to everyone who helped me! :D One question, it says 657x on the engine, but it does not have the same exhaust as my 1994 xp, it's way smaller. Is it still a 657x or is it a normal 657?
