Last year I chased a bogging issue and resolved it by cleaning the little filter in the carb, well my first ride out this season it fired right up, ran great except it wouldnt idle, it just would die, figured it was because the fuel was only half full so some air got in there, so put some dry gas in there..Planned on doin alot of riding this memorial day weekend, well I get up north, hop on my ski, and it takes me over 2o minutes to get the fricken thing to start, finally got her goin and was running OK, but still wouldnt idle.. Then after about 5 minutes, it would choke at WOT, so i took her in for awhile.. Went back out to start it, couldnt even get her goin, killed the battery. So i pulled her out of the water..Looked at the plugs and they were dry, so its some sort of fuel issue.. On the To Do list, Rebuild carb, Clean fuel selector valve, and replace the grey fuel lines.. Anything else that could be causing this? This really frusterated me, runined my memorial day weekend, as I saw all the yamaha waverunners on the lake running trouble free lol
