95 speedster starboard bog

95 speedster , had it out few weeks ago starboard motor started bogging and would die when I gave it throttle. Got it home , cleaned out some weeds , and revved fine in drive way. Took it out today , and same problem it's bogging/vibrating with any throttle and dying. Port motor runs perfect. Going to look into carbs , jet pump first any ideas. Has Brand New plugs and battery .

Check the pump first then carbs.

K will do , i had it out today , I was able to give it full throttle and it took off on a plane, but still would die out once I stopped again . The lake I go on has a ton of seaweed.
