95 speedster hard to start

I have a 95 speedster twin 657x's one starts and runs perfect port side hard to start I have to play with choke and throtel to get it to go. Once started runs good. Once warm starts right up, let it cool for a while (hour or so) and hard to start again. nothing led up to this one weekend great next pain in the but.

First i would say change the spark plugs, two strokes love to eat spark plugs. If that doesn's show any improvemnet It could possbily be the carb not being tuned right or gunk has built up in it. Hope this helps
