95 seadoo xp starting issue

HELP- I am new so any info is appreciated. I have a used unit that I was crusing on the lake about 20-25MPH just fine. All of a sudden it died, no sputter, just shut down. I tried to restart and it wouldnt start, just slow turning. When I got back to shore it tried a few times -same outcome. I charged battery, replaced plugs, checked ground with a meter, now it wont crank at all just a loud click. Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like battery has no CCA's. A Bad cell. Load test it.

The battery is 2 weeks old, but I can switch it with another one I have. Ill post the outcome

tried the battery - same issue. Also in reading other posts, I removed the cover over the flywheel. It doesnt turn easy.

When you tried to turn the engine over by hand, from the flywheel, did you remove the spark plugs?

I have a second unit sitting next to it. I disconnected the plug wire on both, but didnt remove the plugs. The working one was medium to turn. The broken unit was about impossible to move other than an inch or so in each direction. Should I try it with the plugs out? Any other ideas?

Remove both spark plugs, see if it turns over easily by hand.

tried and it turns about 1/4 turn each direction - no full rotation
