95 seadoo spx not starting HELP!!

Hey Guys,
Alright so I bought a 05 seadoo SPX, New carbs, motor rebuild, well thats what i was told. Well any way last week i was out on the lake riding it for a good while, and riding it hard. Well at the end of the day it would just shut off. So i though maybe the battery so i hooked it up to my boat and jumped and started right up. Ok so i took it home and tried charging the battery and nothing.

So I went off and bought a new battery hooked it up and nothing no start, no nothing. Battery is fully charged but doesnt want to turn not a click.
What do you guys suppose it could be.
I just dont know what else I could check. Did is my first doo and im just lost now.

check all the fuses, theres also one, 15amp, where the red cables bolt to the relay. if the 5amp is popped, and pops immediatly, when install'n new one, contact All things custom, on this site.
