The Seadoo was running fine sunday, fast start, normal a little bit of battery issues but we got it running, 2 days later i got it started with no issues, take it to the water, start fine then 10 min later died, just make a clicking noise and doesnt start for nothing, take it home, try again and same clicking noise, my battery cables when really hot, find out my starter relay was burn, get new one and put it. Now i still getting the same clicking noise or sounds like a wheel spinning really fast inside the rotax box, starter issues i guess, i got no idea what could be, got the battery tested and is good, at the seadoo dealer they charge $95 just to tell me what is wrong, could be starter broke down or a bad cable somewhere? fuses are good too. new spark plugs too. Any help would be great.

Check for corrosion of cable, especially battery cables. Corrosion usually starts from inside the cables, so kinda wiggle the cables, you can cut the end back and resolder the end back on.

You can jump your ski to another battery, just be sure that the vehicle with the doner battery is in is NOT running.

Progress

Thanks for the help, i got the spark plugs out and i was able to turn the drive shaft, still doesnt start but at least is not stuck, im gonna try the battery cables hopefully i get it running.

Also be sure the battery is charged, when it gets weak the starter spins without holding onto the flywheel.

Running good now thanx for the help

Thanks Loustrau and Voodoo for the help, running good now, i think it was low battery with a mix of bad cables, it runs perfect now, thank you guys for the help.
