So once again im posting about a problem my 94xp has. I was out running today and about 10 minutes into the run the engine starts to lose rpm, slowly reving to lower and lower rpms until it totally died and would not start again. The engine turns over and sputters like it wants to start but it does not ever stay running. What could be the problem? Spark plugs?

I forgot to add i fixed an oil leak (i think) after the last time i took it out if that gives any clues.

Symptoms of a lean seizure. Check your oil & cooling lines, is your beeper working? when running pull the sensor wire between *plugs and round it, the buzzer should sound. You could have "grey line syndrome" LOL. Pull the return line off your pto carb and crank over engine. If nothing comes out, its either the fuel delivery system or the carbs.

You should spend some time reading up. That could be a lot of different things. Fueling and spark are the MAIN issues on older seadoos. Probably time to invest some money in some new updates.

didnt work.
Tried it again, only reved to 6k and ran for about 5 mins and didnt start again. Got pretty hot too. Any more ideas?

Yes, its a continuing oil circulatory, big hose on oil tank bottom, thru lower RV gear cavity on carb side, out exhaust side and back into oil tank top.
