I have a 94 xp I cleaned the carbs and still wont start it has spark 150 psi in both cylinders it will start for a second and then putter out any ideas ? thanks

you mght have stuck needle valves, or possible a stripped brass gear in the RV assy. Either way, to check, you need to pull the carbs back off.

I forgot To mention I took the carbs off my other one that runs fine and put those on and got the same problem the same thing I just removed the carbs and when I turn the motor over the rv is turnning

alright..make sure your fuel lines are not crossed up. The fuel line on the bottom of the fuel selector valve, goes to the inline filter, then from filter to the mag carb.

When you switched the carbs/manifold, did the RV stay put, or did it fall/get outta degree?

fuel lines are ok I didnt remove the manifold just the carbs

both of mine have four long hex head bolts holding carbs on no nuts 94 xp 657x I did do a comp check 150psi on both

Gotcha...Seadoo made 2-models that year, 1 w/ the 657, the other, is yours, the 675x motor.

Check/bypass the inline fuel filter. If the o-ring is bad, it'll give your exact symptom. Also, was your ski good, before the carb cleaning

no good before the cleaning either I still have the carbs off and I checked the comp again and I noticed that there was fuel blowing out of the manifold think mabey the motor is full of fuel? if so how do i get it out of there?

keep crank'n the motor over, with fuel selector off, and plugs out. Only way the motors' fuel of fuel, is the needles stick'n, which are inside the carbs. Take apart, clean them, and if anything, bend the tab down slightly, so the button is not hold'n/hit'n the tang.
