94 seadoo wiring question

this is a control box out of a 94 seadoo sp, can someone tell me where that red wire goes. It was not hooked up when I opened the box, also I get no response when I press the start buttonIMGP0019.JPGIMGP0019.JPG

I believe that attaches to the starting solenoid. I forget which terminal, but I would like to say it's the one closest to the mpem

I would think that it's supposed to always get power. One side of the solenoid is permanently attached to the battery, the other is only hot when you activate the solenoid. Noting but the starter is attached to the intermittent side of the solenoid, so all the small red wires will be on the battery (constant hot) end.
