Gentlemen- I have recently purchased a 94 explorer (inflatable). This is my first jet ski, so I am not entirely sure what is going on so have signed up here and read up on what I can. I have (to my surprise) a 717 motor in her, with good compression and a free pump. However, when I hook up the new and fully charged battery, nothing turns on. No fan, no starter, no buzzers or any sign of life, and have power to the 15 and 5 amp fuses in the MPEM (?). But NO VOLTAGE in the two 7.5 fuses. Anyone have any suggestions? Am I missing an on/off switch besides the lanyard?
