93 xp boggs and loses power

I took it to a jet ski shop and they rebuilt carbs and checked fuel system. Still has the same problem. Will start and idle, once you get on it, it may run 2 minutes to 40 minutes fine. Then it will bogg down and lose power. It may get power back them bog down again. Any ideas. Good compression 150 and 153.

If it's running that long... it's probably not carbs. I'm thinking that your ski is overheating. Check the temp sensor, and make sure you beeper works.

I would also open all the cooling hoses, and blow thought them with compressed air.
