93 spx wont start. Has spark and fuel. HELP!

I have a 93 spx that has spark and fuel but wont start. Tried wd 40 still did not fire. Grounded out the plugs, turned over to clear cylinders and still not luck. I am very familiar with the parts on this machine, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

If you have spark and fuel, the only element missing is compression - did you test?

Yes has compression. Pulled the carbs apart and cleaned, shot some wd 40 in carbs and it fired up. Took it out to river today. Ran pretty good think it needs new set of plugs. Ran extra oil in the gas because it has not run for 3 years so plugs fouled a little but better than blown engine.
