93 Seadoo 587 single carb...where does the pulse line connect?

We replaced an engine in buddy's Sea Doo and cannot figure out where the pulse line is supposed to run to from the carb port?

I figure it needs vacuum from somewhere on the intake but we cannot find a missing nipple or port to connect the line to that is coming out of the carb.

Thanks for any advice..I downloaded the 1993 service manual up in the Stickies and still cannot make sense of it.

It is on the side of the crankcase, not the intake manifold.

I beg your pardon, what I meant was is there possibly a threaded boss in the block that we have plugged or something with a pipe plug?

Starboard or port side of crankcase?

Down low or up top?

No it is not plugged.

It will be a 1/4" brass fitting.

It will only be in one of the locations circled in red depending on the model, nowhere else.
