92 seadoo xp won’t crank over no solenoid click

I have a 92 seadoo xp that we changed the motor in and got it to crank from the button and run then we buttoned everything up an it wouldn’t crank from the button and there is no click from the solenoid but you can jump it and the smaller wires (I think the signal wires) get power when you press the buttons but no crank. Fresh battery and changed the solenoid
