:stupid:
Hey gang..I'll try this again, last time I post I got 0 hits. I own 2 92 matching Seadoos. I will say that I have not done much maitenance on these since I've bought them 2 summers ago (this is my 3rd summer) the first 2 summers were great, other than a battery issue, which I've heard is common. This summer (after sitting all fall/winter/spring) they did fire right up after putting new batteries in them and one is running fine/great, the other is "choking" A LOT. I've added Seafoam to them both, but the 2nd ski is still hesitating/choking. They will both start up great when cold and warm, but the choking is pretty bad. It'll start up and go, but at times I need to full throttle it and it'll still run slow, then all of a sudden take off, then choke again....sometimes die out..but will fire right back up instantly.
I'm not a mechanic, but I do work on my own 59 Impala (tune ups, oil, gaskets, etc) I was going to try and change the plugs and the seadoo, but wanted to get this forum's opinions first. Also, my batteries have gone dead on me..do I need to charge my skies after each use....what can be done to really increase performance....tips/help....THANK YOU.
