Hey All,
I guess it's time to rebuild the pump on my 91 GT due to cavitation. Questions are:
1) Should I do the pump kit with bearings and wear ring or just do the wear ring? My gut says do it all, but my pocketbook says otherwise!
2) Can I replace the bearings and seal without having to get special tools to remove and install? I do have the spline pump remover, but thats all?
3) If I just do the wear ring, do I need to remove the pump from the hull?
I just did the top end on this guy and am a bit short on funds if ya know what I mean, especially since I have two other ski's!
I appreciate any info!!
