787 won’t spin when pumps installed

So I rebuilt both motors and replaced wear rings on both pumps. Motor spins fine with pump uninstalled, once I install pumps I can’t turn the engine via pto anymore. I backed off the pump nuts and it spins. Engines were removed and alignment check using a diy tool found here on forums. Any ideas before I just send it and see what happens haha

Something is binding. Did you check to see if something was stuck in the pto or the pump side input before installing the shaft? Maybe there was an old rubber bumper stuck in there

Do you have the right length of driveshaft?
