Any tips on using Threebond to assemble my 787 case would be greatly appreciated. Do l apply on both halves? How much? Should it be used in the grooves where the internal crank seals sit? Do l coat the counterbalance seals and the crankshaft end seals before closing the 2 halves? Do i use when assembling the cylinders and the cylinder head?

I do one very light skim coat on both surfaces but none on seals or o-rings.
I have very small round wood sticks from I think medical swabs that I use to spread the sealant out evenly.

if you are using 1211 you can use a very thin coat on the base gasket but it is supposed to go on dry. The head o-rings get 518/515 per the service manual.

All seals should get grease on the seal lip to prevent dry start damage.
