First I want to thank everyone with the answers to the problems I have had.
Changing the (grey) fuel lines and cleaning the carbs made all the difference in the world. Went from hardly running to a touch of the start button and a legit 55mph with hand held gps.
I did check comp (cold) and have 100 on both cylinders. I read that 130 is low. Should i take the time and do a top end rebuild? The way it starts and runs has me wondering if I should bother? Or am i about to have problems and maybe nip them in the bud this winter?
Thanks ahead of time!
Ron

i'm not sure it would even run on only 100# of compression, did you hold the throttle wide open when you checked the comp.? 130 is low, 150 is better.

100 psi wouldn't make enough power to run at 55, and it wouldn't idle.

I would double check the gauge, and check the O-ring on the part that threads into the spark plug hole.
