Can anybody tell me what washers are on here? Going to send in for rebuild, but i hate doing it because there is nothing wrong with it just over hours.

Those might be ceramic, it's really hard to tell. When was the last time the supercharger was rebuilt?

Chester

It is a 04 I bought it used and the guy I bought it from has no idea. I know this Sea-Doo runs really good. I know I have put over 100 hours on it since I've had it so it is going in was just curious whether they were ceramic washers.

This is what the inside looks like hope its just where it mates together. Never had a problem until i decited to take supercharger off to have it rebuilt. Anybody know if its supposed to look like that. Looks like a crack to me. Hope not.

Looks normal except for the pieces of crud stuck to sides, might not be a bad idea to rebuild it because if it is a ceramic washer and it breaks you will wish the only cost was the rebuild of the supercharger. Bearing cages also get brittle and fail and you are way overdue on the time as far as years goes.

Do you know at what intervals Hour wise when rebuilds should be done -- i just picked up a 06 GTX and no one seems to know if it was ever rebuilt .

On newer superchargers its 200 hrs, on your 06 I think it was 100 hrs , you might want to do it now anyways as I have begun a preventative maintenance program to avoid the really big bills with these machines.
