We've put just over 7 hours on our 09 GTI SE. Great ski so far. I had a few questions about the routine maintenance.
On our 97 GTI, I'd always run fresh water through it for 2-3 minutes then spray some Seadoo lube into the intake a few times before shutting the water and then the ski off. Same process with the new ski? Just instead spraying it into the intake, I'll spray it into the plug under the yellow cap? I also usually spray all of the steering and reverse linakges down with seadoo lube. Anything else?
Also, since we're approaching the 10 hour mark, I was going to order the oil change kit from Seadoo. 3 bottles of Seadoo oil, filter, 2 o-rings, 3 spark plugs for $49.99. Sounds like a decent deal. Anything else I'll need? (Other than the pump to get the oil out).
